Join us at.Job DescriptionThe Media Planner is responsible for paid social strategy development, planning/buying and campaign analysis related to multiple social platforms. This individual serves as the day-to-day internal team and client contact and demonstrates an emerging ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with media and analytics. Has completed media plans independently. Has shown the ability to analyze data and glean relative insights; can present information/plans to clients (in writing and verbally). Has demonstrated emerging relationship skills and a good working knowledge of media processes, terms, social publishers, and products. Has mastered internal planning tools.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild Campaigns for clients across key Paid Social Platform (i.e. - Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)Develop strategic audiences based off key segments communicated by clientsAnalyze data and develop strong campaign insights for reporting deliverablesPropose optimization opportunities to aid campaign performance based off KPIsLead RZF Ad Ops relationship - overseeing development of click tags across campaignsAct as active participant in platform partner/vendor callsSupports development of campaign strategy decks - assisting senior leadershipEnsure healthy media pacing across campaigns - flagging concerns to team in timely mannerCompletes month-end billing in partnership with the account management teamQualifications1-2years of experience working in media, specific to Paid Social activationsAt least 1 year of experience working in Facebook Ads ManagerStrong communication skills both internal and external communicationsStrong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.Eagerness to learn and be a quality team memberAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people!
