Your New Role
The position will have responsibility for co-ordinating and processing language localization of the programs for multiple linear, non-linear platforms. Reporting to the Manager, you will ensure that localized program's language components are received in a timely manner ready for air. Ensure that programs have "zero" translation error.
Your Role Accountabilities
Oversee daily operations of Media Language coordinators.Assist Manager in various projects and initiatives as they come up. Attend the meetings, provide accurate information and work with stakeholders for project analysis.Prepare SOPs and work processes for Team member's easy reference.Prepare monthly report on the customization volumes and numbers.Handle technical enquiries and quality issues of the materials received by the facility house.Validate & approve Title translations, Metadata received from the vendors.During Team members absence, ensure smooth operations by tracking return of localized language components from facility houses and update IBMS / DUPLO system.Troubleshooting any late running/problematic materials.Handle general queries on rush program timelines, Adsales / solutions deal from internal and regional / affiliate offices.
Qualifications & Experience...
Degree or Diploma in any discipline with 3 to 5 years' working experience in Broadcast Operations & Media management.I.T. skills: intermediate Excel skills essential.Excellent organizational /administrative skills and attention to details. Meticulous in managing large amount of data.Independent self-starter who can work unsupervised, proactive.Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player.Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for meeting set deadlines.Good time management and ability to set priorities and multitask.Must be fluent in one or more regional languages along with English (Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and/or Indonesian) - written and spoken.
