　　Job Description

　　Work with Operations team to optimize material all areas of the value stream Source, Make, Deliver (System CIP)

　　Functions as task/ project lead for various projects to address improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery

　　Provide coaching, recommendations, and assist with cost estimates concerning identified improvements

　　Utilize Bosch Project A3 to manage Point CIP projects from Business Case through handover to Daily Leadership Routine (DLR)

　　Coordinate with all departments to promote and train on standard BPS Elements and Planning Guideline

　　Audit process to Warehouse Maturity Standard

　　Analyze work content to obtain balanced production and improve quality through fluctuating volumes and customer demands

　　Participate and approve Engineering Changes for new and existing products and Product Assembly Work Place Instructions

　　Collect and monitor Improvement actions on departmental Leader CIP OPLs, providing coaching to management and associates on the LeaderCIP process

　　Follow the Bosch EPITOP process to assist with the development and implementation of network architecture

　　Provide support to local ITM Coordinator

　　Develop SQL databases, including the planning and maintaining of databases

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.

　　Min of 3 years’ experience in logistic or manufacturing environment

　　2+ years’ experience with Bosch will be a plus

　　Project Management skills

　　Knowledge of Lean Production System Elements

　　Good communication skills, both written and verbal

　　Ability to work within team members located in multiple locations

　　Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL

　　Knowledge of Blue Yonder and SAP a plus
