　　General Technician: Position Grade C (Entry- level)

　　Position Objective

　　Support maintenance supervisor on all tasks and duties.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Demonstrate good housekeeping by insuring his or her assigned area is kept clean.

　　Provide timely preventive maintenance support and records all test data.

　　Familiar with saws, grinders, hand tools, drills, and forklift operations.

　　Identify abnormal condition on equipment operation and report to supervisor.

　　Identify and understand pipe, piping system, and pipe fittings.

　　Properly select tools required for task being performed.

　　Maintain and complete all necessary forms, files, and paperwork associated with PM and work order programs.

　　Other assignments.

　　Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

　　Must be able to work rotation shift work

　　Must be able to work as part of a team

　　Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.

　　Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　High school diploma or equivalent.Required Qualifications

　　Vocational education desirable.

　　No previous maintenance experience required.

　　Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

　　Knowledge of operation mechanical parts and tools desirable.

　　General Technician: Position Grade B

　　Description/Job Summary

　　Support maintenance supervisor on all tasks and duties.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Use machinist levels and transit.

　　Change motor controllers.

　　Rebuild vacuum pumps and water rings.

　　Aid and train the "C" level mechanics.

　　Overhaul all types of gearboxes.

　　Do all necessary and required paperwork.

　　Support the Sr. Technician and the Supervisors.

　　Oversee the work of the "C" mechanics.

　　Complete the necessary paperwork with Preventative Maintenance's and workorders.

　　Assist Sr. Technician with installations of new equipment.

　　Complete housekeeping assignments as schedule.

　　Adhere To ALL Company Rules and Policies.

　　Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　High school diploma or equivalent.Required Qualifications

　　Vocational education desirable

　　4 years experience in manufacturing maintenance department.

　　Ability to ready and interpret blueprints and schematics

　　Good oral and written communication

　　General Technician: Position Grade A

　　Position Objective

　　Support maintenance supervisor on all tasks and duties.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Demonstrate good housekeeping by insuring his or her assigned area is kept clean.

　　Ability to troubleshoot equipment, i.e. CMT 80 extruders, MTI mixers, auto scale weighing systems, Herbold reclaim machine, extrusion downstream equipment, etc.

　　Identify and understand the function of equipment.

　　Ability to properly fill out necessary paperwork associated with work orders and historical files.

　　Provide timely preventive maintenance support and records all test data.

　　Make proper adjustments to equipment when deemed necessary.

　　Able to disassemble equipment, make necessary repairs and restore to normal operations.

　　Other assignments.

　　Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

　　Position Objective

　　Support maintenance supervisor on all tasks and duties.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Ability to troubleshoot equipment, i.e. CMT 80 extruders, MTI mixers, auto scale weighing systems, Herbold reclaim machine, extrusion downstream equipment, etc.

　　Identify and understand the function of equipment.

　　Provide timely preventive maintenance support and records all test data.

　　Able to disassemble equipment, make necessary repairs and restore to normal operations.

　　Oversee the work of "A", "B", and C "C" mechanical technicians.

　　Ability to train other personnel effectively.

　　Planning and achieve job tasks in a timely manner.

　　Other assignments.

　　Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

　　Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
