Job Purpose: Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanicalassembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instructionand/or drawings. Assembles structures, parts, components, and position,align, and fasten components to skid, back planes or units by using avariety of tools and equipment. Prepares all surfaces and components asnecessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.Positions, aligns, and adjusts parts for proper fit and assembly.Assists Electrical assemblers in performing electrical assembly tasks.Identifies and reports any faulty components or hazardous conditionsduring the assembly process. Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Min 2 years\'experiencein the switchgear manufacturing environment. Proficient inGoogle suite, MS Office or equivalent Ability to read and interpretdrawings. Ability to follow work instructions and procedures. WorksConsistently under safety regulations. Lift demand: Lift up to 60lb onanoccasionalbasis Overtime required when needed.
