Description/Job Summary

　　This position is responsible for lubrication, preventative maintenance, and repair of all equipment.

　　Responsibilities/Duties

　　Performs other duties as required. Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical equipment.

　　Lubrication and preventative maintenance (PM) of mechanical equipment.

　　Assists Electronic technician in electrical and electronic duties.

　　Able to perform welding, machining, and millwright duties.

　　Assembles, and installs new mechanical equipment, enters work orders in the maintenance management system; able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.

　　Maintain all equipment in good running order, perform route checks and report deficiencies.

　　Ensure the job site is clean and free of hazards, follow GMP practices.

　　Required Skills

　　Must have good communication skills

　　Must be able to multi-task

　　Must be able and willing to work overtime on an as needed basis. Must be willing to be on-call and work some nights and weekends that are required

　　Electrical background is a plus, but not required

　　The ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings is a plus

　　Required Experience

　　Five (5) years as a journeyman level millwright and additional skills to operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other machine shop equipment

　　Have a strong background in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as machining experience is required

　　Basic computer knowledge

　　Safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes is required on some or all jobs
