　　JOB TITLE: Electrician/Machine Repairman

　　JOB DUTIES: Perform the electrical installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of industrial machinery, equipment and systems throughout facility.

　　This Machine Repairman will work with the electricians and maintenance technicians to install and maintain industrial machinery used in the manufacturing of steering mechanisms for automotive, recreational and heavy vehicle customers.

　　At the start of each shift there will be a production meeting to cover what leftover work there is from the earlier shift. This meeting will also cover work orders and PMs that need to be completed. During the shift the maintenance team will also respond to calls from supervisors or operators on troubleshooting machinery.

　　PLCs, analog and digital (Allen Bradley)

　　Low voltage systems, 24 volt DC

　　High voltage systems, 480 volts 3 phase

　　Temperature controllers

　　HMIs

　　Motor controls

　　Induction heating

　　Heat treat

　　Variable speed drives

　　Counters

　　Timers

　　Microprocessor based controllers

　　Traditional relay logic controlled equipment

　　Must be able to work from blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's specifications.
