A blend of On-The-Floor and In-Office work assignments will help the applicant develop a wide range of experiences in:Project Management - where you lead and see projects through to completion.Problem Solving - define problems, resolve cause, and develop and implement solutions.Real world challenges that all businesses face and are significant to understand.Interacting across all levels of the organizationNote: There are opportunities to do double-semester Co-OpResponsibilitiesJob Description:Assist with daily marketing administrative tasks, updating of spreadsheets, analysis, and reporting.Assist with event planning, including venue selection, attendee tracking, and all necessary event preparation.Assist with product/people photo shoots, both still and video.Assist with copywriting and graphic creation/editing of videos, digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, product literature, advertisements, social media posts, company blog, company website, and internal employee communications.Supports and improves processes for marketing efforts.Ability to record and analyze data and recommend modifications to current systems.Works with Sales Operations team members, Product Engineers, and Regional Engineers to bring projects to fruition.Observes all Company, housekeeping, safety, and plant policies and procedures.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
