　　主要职责

　　有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略，制定个人绩效计划，确保市场推广目标的完成及超越完成。

　　就目标区域开展日常拜访及宣传推广工作，合理安排客户拜访，与目标区域客户保持良好长期的合作关系。

　　积极有效开发新客户，了解目标客户情况，为新代表的日常客户拜访工作提供指导。

　　及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。

　　严格执行公司各项市场活动，了解竞争产品最新动态，准确传递产品信息。

　　监控目标区域市场动向，及时向地区经理/主管汇报。

　　收集患者使用产品后的不良反应信息，及时将信息汇报给公司相关部门。

　　部门职责所需求的其他相关工作。

　　Qualifications & Skills:

　　教育背景

　　大专以上学历，医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳

　　相关领域工作经验

　　3年以上医、药行业市场营销相关工作经验

　　专业知识与技能

　　熟练使用计算机办公软件

　　具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力

　　正直诚实，能承受压力

　　积极独立的心态

　　通过RDPAC的认证考试
