Materials Management Analyst II

A position has opened up in Honeywell (BA/BMS) for an ambitious Materials Planning/Management Professional. You will report to the Mgr Materials Planning with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.
As a Materials Planner, you will perform the Materials Planning across the Site/Network for your assigned business or channel. You will ensure raw materials replenishment plans align to the network Supply & Production Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network Constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will work with the master data teams to ensure all BOM and master data in the ERP system is correct and up to date. You will own the plan for every part (PFEP) analysis and will ensure the correct stock entitlement is reflected in the systems and adhered to. You will own the production plan and ensure the execution with operations team. You will be partner with Buying leaders to ensure materials are delivered to the sites/network on time whilst achieving the ISC goals of cost control and working capital targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review changes in the Net Demand Requirements / Supply Plan / DRP
Pull In's and Push Out's of Planned & Firm Production orders
Create Constrained MPS - Master Production Schedule for the site/network
Create and review the site Rough Cut Capacity Plans (Cell, Prod Line etc)
Identify and address capacity constraints
Create consensus production plan
Actively resolving issues with demand, capacity constraints and material availability
REQUIRMENTS
SAP knowledge and use
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
English language preferable
Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
Experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
Six Sigma Green Belt
