　　Materialdisponent (m/w/d)

　　Einsatzort: Lorsch

　　Tätigkeit :

　　Sicherstellen einer störungsfreien Ersatzteilversorgung unserer Kunden

　　und Service-Center

　　Prüfen von Lieferplänen und Abstimmen von Korrekturmaßnahmen mit

　　Lieferanten und Fachbereichen

　　Beseitigen von Lieferengpässen, Anmahnen von Lieferungen und

　　Reklamieren von fehlerhaften Lieferungen

　　Betriebsinterne Abklärung in Engpasssituationen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Ausweichmöglichkeiten

　　Prüfen von technischen Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit

　　Klären von Differenzen und im Bedarfsfall Einleiten von Reklamationen

　　Optimieren von Arbeitsprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit den Prozesspartnern

　　Voraussetzungen:

　　Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung

　　Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Materialdisposition

　　Branchenkenntnisse im Maschinenbau wünschenswert

　　Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Anwendungen und SAP R/3

　　Fähigkeit, Risiken abzuschätzen und zu managen

　　Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

　　Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

　　Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
