At BFS, you'll be equippedwith all the tools, training, and resources you need, and you'll beempowered to try new things, gain new experiences, and build a career withunliPURPOSEUnder direct supervision handles and maintains the flow of materials andproducts on the premises according to established guidelines.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPhysically handles materials used to construct components and finishedproducts to ensure movement of such items is optimized; lifts, carries,stacks items as needed.Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some ofwhich may require specialized training.Responds attentively to training from foreman or more senior handlers in orderto increase own knowledge of work processes.Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order toprevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings asrequired; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entrylevel position where incumbent will receive on-the-job training.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earnan additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and inaccordance with applicable law.
