Job Purpose: Performs the physical or administrative tasksinvolved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing ofmaterials, parts, supplies and equipment. Nature of Duties: Makingdeliveries using company van. Receiving shipments and signing paperworkupon receipt. Unloading packages from incoming trucks. Inspect contentsto ensure they are undamaged. Verify packages according to order andinvoices (quantity, quality, etc.). Label deliveries and allocate themto their designated place. Maintain accurate records and assist ininventory control. Must be experienced in shipping. Education andExperience: Must have Excellent Driving Record High School Diploma orGED Accuracy with numbers Basic computer skills preferred. Ability tolift up to 50 lbs. Overtime as required.
