　　We are seeking a Material Handler to work in a team-oriented environment at our facility in Fenton, Missouri . The primary role will be to support manufacturing through material replenishment, work order flow, and overall optimization of the manufacturing processes (with the support of the Manufacturing Engineer).

　　What you will do

　　Monitor component supplies at each workstation and replenish where necessary.

　　Fill in at workstations when necessary.

　　Prep and distribute work orders.

　　ACCOUNTABILITIES/PERFORMANCE CRITERIA :

　　95% or better on-time delivery.

　　Reduce outsourcing by 50% for 2023.

　　Year over year improvement in complaints and non-conformances.

　　Year over year improvement in product cost.

　　What you will need

　　Punctual, acceptable attendance.

　　High attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Must be able to work efficiently and in an organized manner.

　　Proficiency in creating and manipulation of Excel spreadsheets.

　　Ability to interact with diverse sets of people.

　　Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.

　　Good organizational skills.

　　Preferred: working knowledge/experience Lean Manufacturing, LSSGB, and experience in medical device manufacturing.

　　REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

　　3+ years of Medical Device Manufacturing Experience preferred.What you will like
