If you are Material Analyst professional looking for the next step in your career, our Lebanon, MO location has an opportunity for you! As a Material Analyst you will manage material requirements to ensure parts availability for the production schedules while maintaining inventory levels to the prescribed days-on-hand goals. This includes analyzing future demand and consumption to ensure commodities are readily available for production needs by using our MRP/ERP systems, kanbans/pull systems, and by expediting material as required. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for driving improvements in the material processes and will work as a part of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. The position requires significant interface with Suppliers, Customer Service, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
As a Material Analyst, You Will:
Manages MRP/ERP systems to ensure timely receipt of materials to meet production schedules
Tracks progress of materials and expedites as required
Manages Kanbans/Pull Systems to meet production and inventory targets
Manages inventory levels of assigned parts/commodities to meet inventory goals
Coordinates Engineering and Supplier Changes with the appropriate Corporate groups
Manages new part introductions
Manages supplier returns
Participates in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities
Cross-trains in other positions in the department

Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelors in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong computer skills (Excel)
Experience with MRP/ERP systems
Capable of using Lean tools such as Kanban/Pull Systems, Value Stream Mapping, and Perfect Execution Strategies
Legal work authorization in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred
APICS or other relevant Professional Certification
Oracle experience
