　　Job Summary

　　Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Saxonburg, PA:

　　2 days a Week (3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) - Client indicated that caregiver could choose any two days Monday - ThursdayDiagnosis: Rheumatoid Arthritis in spine and tailbone 

　　NOTE:  Client has 1 dog - old and blind - DO NOT PET - not fond of people until it gets to know them. 

　　Duties may include but not limited to:

　　Cooking and Light Housekeeping

　　Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

　　Grocery Shopping

　　Companionship

　　Range of Motion Exercises

　　Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

　　Driving to Appointments and Errands

　　Walking and Transfer Assistance

　　Medication Reminders

　　ADL's

　　Ambulation

　　Change Depends

　　Transportation - MUST HAVE A VEHICLE

　　Hoyer Lift Experience

　　Caregiver Requirements: 

　　At least 1 year experience

　　2 Step TB Test 

　　Pass Criminal Background Checks

　　Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
