Mastercam Technical Sales Position – Dallas / Fort Worth

　　MLC CAD Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated technical sales professional for the position of Mastercam Technical Sales Representative in the Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area.

　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Develop and secure new business through the sale of Mastercam CAM (Computer-Aided-Manufacturing) Software Products including sales of Training, Technical Support, and Applications Services.

　　POSITION PURPOSE

　　The person in this position is expected to be an aggressive sales professional emphasizing new product sales to new customers through aggressive pipeline development via cold calls, referral leads, initial prospective customer contacts, mid-sales cycle forward movement and final sales closing plus cultivate great working relationships with current customers.

　　LOCATION

　　Dallas Texas office

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS

　　Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing applications or related job.

　　At ease with Sales, proposals and closing business.

　　Strong focus on customer success.

　　Excellent personal presentation skills

　　Some regional and overnight travel will be required (as much as 25%).

　　COMPENSATION

　　Base Salary + Performance Bonus. Compensation plan is highly competitive and is commensurate with performance.
