　　We are looking for technology consultants with a background in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our MDM practice and solve our clients' MDM projects and implementations.

　　EPAM is investing significantly in Master Data Management consulting practice. The goal is to enable clients to achieve better business outcomes by governing and managing Master Data initiatives more efficiently and implementing modern and innovative technology solutions. In this position, you will solve complex and unique problems for your client leveraging your expertise in working with modern data stack and ensuring data reliability, security and quality with an agile mindset.

　　What You'll Do Engage deeply with senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Master Data Management programs and business-cases, often becoming the "trusted advisor" Lead Master Data Management assessments to help clients gradually improve capabilities from current state to the viable state of maturity by creating strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans Leverage your deep understanding of business and IT capabilities to build a Master Data Management technology solution which help to innovate and create value across the client organization Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation and provide and extend knowledge of MDM solutions Lead customer conversations and architectural teams to define modern Data Management architecture and developing practices to manage data through its lifecycle Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations Create consulting offerings and reusable templates Deliver client projects in one or more solution areas: Product Information Management Customer and Supplier Master Data Management and Digital Asset Management Be involved in clients' project initiatives such MDM Application implementation strategy and planning, Requirements gathering, and technical work with other Data Solutions team members Document and execute implementation MDM application strategy technical configuration What You Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or related discipline Minimum 3 years in a Consulting role leading Master Data Management initiatives Deep practical subject matter expertise in at least 2-3 Master Data areas: Product, Customer or Vendor MDM Technology expertise with one or several MDM technologies, e.g. Informatica, Stibo, SAP, Ataccama, Semarchy, Tibco, Riversand, Profisee, Reltio Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), methodologies, processes and how to implement them Experienced in building relationships with directors and C-levels stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the customer business and driving data-driven insights Practical expertise in conducting maturity assessment and gap analysis and providing strategic roadmap and solution implementation guidelines Hands-on experience in running customer workshops and other collaboration sessions to discover customer priorities, understand current state, and determine maturity/readiness to execute on enterprise Data Management & Governance vision Expertise on industry & market trends with tools scoring model for selecting fit for purpose technology solution and tailoring and applying industry best practices at scale Extensive practical expertise with modern data stack, agile environments, and high-end technologies Ability to work independently, manage small engagements with multiple work threads, or parts of large engagements Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, to drive client side discussions and draft concise documentation when required Nice to have Experience in leading data transformation projects Technology expertise in modern Big Data & Cloud stack: Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, etc Practical expertise in implementation of Data Governance for modern cloud data lakes We offer Dynamic, entrepreneurial, high speed, high growth corporate environment Diverse multicultural, multi-functional, and multilingual work environment Opportunities for personal and career growth in a progressive industry Global scope, international projects Widespread training and development opportunities Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Competitive salary and various benefits Sport and social teams support, recreation area, advanced CSR programs
