Job Summary
The Marketing Web Developer works alongside the marketing team to accomplish end goals by developing, connecting and maintaining all web-based applications. This role will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality in order to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with our clients' business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions for a wide range of clients.
Develop user-friendly solutions using HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Lead marketing tool integrations and automation.
Identify opportunities for AI in the marketing process.
Collaborate with our Salesforce CRM team to identify and implement connected solutions to leverage data.
Manage domain and web hosting platforms and connections for our clients.
Diagnose and identify barriers to success and implement solutions to achieve client satisfaction.
Knowledge / Skills
Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ yrs technical experience.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
Ability to effectively time manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information
• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business and this role is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position can be remote, however, locally based is preferred. For anyone remote, the ability to travel to the Nashville area monthly is required. All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
