　　F&M is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join the F&M Trust mortgage team. If you have a proven track record of originating residential mortgages in the Greater Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Lancaster, Shippensburg, or Northern Maryland footprint and want to join a true Community Bank, where world class customer service is our driving force, we urge you to continue reading. 　　Traditional offerings such as conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, PHFA, and ARM programs.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

　　A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

　　Track record of originating home purchase loans.

　　Passion for helping borrowers realize their dreams of homeownership.

　　Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment, Encompass experience is a plus.

　　Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.

　　Customer service oriented.
