　　Reports to: Director, Marketing Communications – Electronic Access Controls

　　Location : Berlin, CT

　　Summary Description:

　　As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to creative strategies, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a love for marketing and a desire to grow, we would love to hear from you.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Work with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

　　Assist in the creation and maintenance of content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, press releases, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging clarity, working cross-functionally and with other internal marketing teams.

　　Assist the marketing team in supporting business development colleagues with co-branded materials, local trade shows and events and vertical market specific promotional collateral.

　　Assist in ensuring data and assets are tagged properly and available for use in our Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management platforms.

　　Balance multiple projects, working in a team or independently to meet set deadlines

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Educational Requirements, Skills and Abilities:

　　Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

　　4 - 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B or building products industry

　　Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

　　Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

　　Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, Salesforce CRM, email tools and marketing automation.

　　Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other similar software is a plus.

　　Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
