*Job Title:                    * Marketing Specialist

　　Reports To:                 TRG Marketing Manager

　　As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns. Creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, videos, or social media posts that support the growth of the company. This position requires on-site, in-person work a few times a month; otherwise, the team works remotely.

　　Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

　　Create innovative marketing and promotional campaigns that involve email marketing, social media, live events, video, and other channelsWrite copy for SEO content, blog posts, product pages, and social mediaWork closely with the creative team to come up with graphic designs, promotional materials, and adsConduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic dataHelp with outbound and inbound marketing communications.Work closely with the product team on new product launches, promotional offers, and marketing plansAssist sales team as needed, including creating printed and digital media to drive leadsCompletes all other projects and tasks assigned by management.?

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent fieldPositive attitude with a high level of accountability, personal drive, ambition, integrityAbility to communicate professionally/effectively both in person and virtuallyStrong copywriting skillsCreative thinkerTeam-oriented, customer-centered spirit with a passion for learning in a fast-paced, goal/deadline-driven atmosphereAbility to anticipate, identify, and actively resolve issuesExcellent computer knowledge with the ability to keep communication, files, and reports organizedComputer experience and knowledge is a must --Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookGraphic design (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite) skills are not required but are a plusTime management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Passionate and creative thinker
