You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on-time and follow best practices. You will have a keen attention to detail, organizational skills, demonstrated initiative, a solution-oriented work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively with others.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for tactical execution of marketing-related activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, content creation/assessment, and event planning and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content readiness aligned with Marketing Communications Plan.Proactively communicate and document status of campaign deliverables, including deadlines, risks, and deliverable date changes.Manage calendars and documents to track cross-channel Marketing activities.Build relationships and nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with external vendors.Assist with overall data quality initiatives, building confidence in Marketing reporting.Qualify and distribute targets, prospects and leads to West teams.Categorize and ship items for events.Manage contracts, purchase requisitions and invoicing for the Marketing Operations team.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Life Science or Communications or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in a Marketing, Corporate Communications or administrative rolePreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with colleagues across functions, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.Highly organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and flexibility to respond to changing demands during the work day.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, CRM systems and project management platforms.Able to comply with the company's safety and quality policies at all times.Travel Requirements:Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time, including international.Physical and Mental RequirementsSedentary - exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
