Join Iron Mountain's Global Business Services (GBS) group as a Senior Business Analyst and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organization committed to being a trusted strategic partner through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Change Practitioners to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with stakeholder expectations. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will understand and document current and future state business processes, providing analysis and subject matter expertise to identify key business capabilities and outcomes for project success.
What will you do
Conduct requirement gathering sessions to identify current and future state requirements
Create process flows and activity-based capabilities to outline proposed changes
Document UAT test scenarios and facilitate testing through user acceptance with business partners
Formulate business improvement strategies based on research
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
Oversee the implementation of new and enhanced technology and systems
Run workshops and training sessions
Explore different solutions, assess risks, benefits, and impacts
Ensure changes are implemented, overseeing the adoption of new technology or approaches
Contribute to training and support for individuals affected by new systems and processes
Opportunity to build a business analysis practice for quality improvements in project delivery and better business outcomes
Build a standard approach to documentation, process, and analysis to maintain projects on budget, schedule, and scope
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Several years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Ability to facilitate discussions and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business impacts
Strong problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting
Ability to influence others and achieve common goals
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
