Overview
Intuit's Consumer Group's Verified Pro team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager - Operations, to create and lead the process management and outreach for over 2,000 independent tax professionals working on the TurboTax expert platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team that is working hard with a start-up mindset to launch a new double-sided tax network, connecting consumers and tax professionals like never before. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing individual tax pro profile pages, account coordination with the profile syndication platform, social review response process, tax pro engagement on the community platform, and contribution to optimizing the marketing platform onboarding experience.
What you'll bring
5+ years of business experience in creating marketing process and executionEffectively uses segmentation and targeting to optimize messaging for the right channel, target and business goal Executes models for social world that integrate user-generated content and inspires/promotes customer and influencer conversations Uses analytical, hypothesis-driven testing. Drives changes in customer behavior to improve KPI performanceUnderstands success metrics for each initiative, and has the ability to articulate and prioritize analytics requirements to solve most important customer problemsKnowledge of core KPIs and key relationships of assumptions Drives results by leveraging their influencing abilities across teams for which they do not have direct management responsibility
