Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager who will partner with a multi-million business unit to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for content-driven omnichannel campaigns and communications that drives awareness and business to the business unit. The ideal candidate will be familiar with creating customer journeys, customer personas, and leveraging critical metrics to provide counsel and solutions for the business unit teams. We’re looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, a passion for quality and a proven ability to succeed. You’ll bring your strong understanding and experience in digital, social, and traditional marketing channels and various platforms. You have a keen awareness of deadlines and the innate ability to think consequentially.
Responsibilities include strategizing and building multi-channel content and campaigns; analyzing and interpreting data trends; managing budgets; regular reporting of key trends and counsel for the business unit; and providing project management for day-to-day initiatives, events, and campaigns.

Content Marketing
Developing editorial and advertising calendars that support business unit goals and marketing KPIs
Create thoughtful, customer-facing content, including copy, video, and more, for multiple channels ranging from social and digital to traditional collateral and events.
Identify content and channel combinations that deliver qualified customers throughout the prospecting funnel and via ABM initiatives
Maintain brand, tone and style guidelines and appropriate editorial governance.
Account-based management planning to support increasing new and existing business opportunities.

Project Management
Strong project management capability with excellent follow-up skills.
Effective communication skills to a variety of audiences throughout the company; can get messages across that have the desired effect to various levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments
Use sound judgement based on analysis, experience and feedback
Analysis and Reporting
Report timely marketing analysis and advise to ensure key stakeholders are up to date on current and forecasted strategies through appropriate native and third-party technologies
Manage business unit budget throughout the year to fulfill marketing strategies, adjusting as needed based on successes and opportunities.

Skills / Qualifications
Preferred Software | Marketing Platform Experience
Strong MS Office skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop (Video and Photo Editing), In-design
Google Ad Words, Click Dimensions, SEM Rush, Power BI, BrightEdge, Sitecore, DCRM
5 years of successfully demonstrated management experience
5 years of marketing with demonstrated understanding of the omnichannel and digital disciplines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinker and customer-centric
Fluent in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI and D365
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
