　　What we are looking for

　　A marketing manager taking ownership of a dedicated pathology / surgical specialty and product range, covering Belgium and Great Duchy of Luxembourg

　　Authentic (indirect) leadership style with strong collaborative capabilities

　　Proven track record in sales and product management

　　Experience in project management

　　In-depth understanding of (Med)Tech sector and value-based healthcare

　　Ability to work independently within a matrixed team environment.

　　Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation, and prioritization skills

　　Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment in constant flux.
