Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include entry-level responsibilities within the marketing department.
Support the marketing in daily administrative tasks
Create and edit photo, video and graphic content for social media using Adobe Suite, native platforms, and other software for commercial and community performances.
Monitor and report on analytics for social media accounts, website, and email.
Conduct research on market, industry lists, competitors, and new opportunities.
Assisting on projects and creating presentations via Canva, PowerPoint
Promote the venue marketing representative at community and on campus events.
Interact with patrons before performances as extension of the marketing department.
Assisting with Community Arts Partnership marketing, branding and administrative needs
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, Business or Hospitality
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, Adobe Products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Social Media platforms and email marketing
Understating of basics of digital design (preferred but not required)
Detail-orientated and can efficiently multi-task
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in person in an office environment. This is not a virtual internship.
