Robert Half is looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to ensure the precise execution of marketing projects for a business in the Advertising field. This Project Manager role is based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area and would be a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Assist in the organizing and handling of materials so that the elements necessary to complete a project are delivered with defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints

　　Arrange schedules, manage job files, track and oversee progress, route projects, and conduct status meetings

　　Guide the efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments Requirements - Cross functional project management experience

　　Project management experience preferred

　　Proficiency in Project Planning

　　Able to use and act upon independent judgement

　　Candidate must be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction

　　A track record of working with or in an accounting function with a key role in system projects preferred

　　Communicate with executive management, team members, business and technology professionals via both written and oral methods

　　Resourceful project management background

　　Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications required

　　It's an advantage if you have a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification

　　Candidates should be comfortable working with business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development

　　3+ years of prior relevant experience- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Innovation starts with people.®
