Requirements

3+ years of HVAC Technician experience

High school diploma/GED

Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC knowledge

Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program

Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility

Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability

Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting

Support and communicate progress with students

Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
