Your Opportunity: Taymark is looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to join their team!This role will engage directly with Sales & Marketing leadership to establish marketing strategies, including campaign direction, customer contact plans, research, tradeshows, pricing, promotions, expense budgets, profit plans and future platform development, to manage the business lifecycle.The role will analyze performance, competitiveness, and usage for this new platform and develop strategies based on observation and analysis. The Marketing Brand Manager will join the Taymark Marketing team, working closely with BU Managers, Directors and President on a high-profile new business venture in the High School Events Market. This is a dynamic role focused on our imperative to innovate and drive organic growth. Your Responsibilities: Supports leadership and drives platform sales Evaluates and enhances current processes and results Monitors and improves brand impact Coordinates communication between different functions Ensures that platform milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets Collaborates with internal resources to align multiple agendas, deliver customer value, business sustainability and drive growth within and across channels and target markets Maintains high level business and market knowledge to meetthe evolving needs of customers Focus on adoption of the platform with existing customer base as well as prospective schools nationwide Your Shift: Monday - Friday; hybrid work structure with 3 days in-office per week You Must Have: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience The motivation to be a self-starter with disciplined persistence and intensity Ability to build strong trusting relationships to achieve results Superior level listeningand discovery/diagnosis skills Ability to work independentlywith a high degree of integrity Demonstrated commitment to professional development We Would Prefer: Experience working with High School Administration or Student Government About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
