CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSReporting to the Sr. Specialist for E-Business, this position will support managing and delivering product content and assets to our retailers and internal customers. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:Supporting and contributing to developing a product data foundation for key customers to align with our E-Business goals and deliver a strong platform to support digital programs.Administer, load, and support with the ongoing maintenance of STEP to ensure effective, compliant, and up-to-date customer-facing and product information.Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain product data information to drive content optimization and support continuous improvements within all digital customer experiences, tools, and applications.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams within the company to understand product lines and positioning while proactively positioning products in the digital catalog. Ensure the accuracy of information, content, and assets are met to fulfill new product launches and existing product extensions.Support customers by ensuring timely product updates are executed through our digital catalog.Ensure data governance best practices are followed so that accurate and consistent information flows to the retailers.Work with business stakeholders, marketing, internal IT resources, and/or support teams to ensure consistency in product information across disparate product information repositories and systems and customer digital experiences.POSITION REQUIREMENTSFORMAL EDUCATION:Required:Bachelor's Degree or actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or two years of equivalent experience in Marketing, MIS, or e-business-related fieldsKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Preferred:E-commerce knowledgeCoatings and associated product knowledgeDigital marketing experienceData management experienceCommunicating with various stakeholderse-Commerce and/or marketing experienceAbility to work within a matrix organizational structure, developing strong relationships with all levels of managementTECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Preferred:Database management experienceDigital Asset Management / Adobe PhotoshopHistory of working with digital and technical IT organizationsObtaining accurate and timely information and assets from personnel across the organization or outside partner contacts - many with varying roles and diverse responsibilities.Efficient management of product information project priorities to ensure accuracy and consistency across disparate product information repositories and systems and customer digital experiences.Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at once.Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration with multiple internal and external partners.Must be able to quickly acclimatize to working with various business, technical, and development teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:10%Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
