Seeking a Medical Assistant with Strong Phlebotomy SkillsJob Description:

　　We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in an outpatient cancer facility. The role involves interacting with a high volume of patients, as our location sees 250-300 patients a day. Your daily tasks will include drawing and processing labs, calling patients back, monitoring physician schedules, escorting patients from the front to the room, conducting depression and pain scale screenings, and documenting information for physicians. Please note that while you will draw labs, you will not be responsible for processing them.

　　Hard Skills:

　　Proficiency in Phlebotomy with a strong comfort level in performing draws

　　1 year+ experience as a Medical Assistant

　　Soft Skills:

　　Ability to work efficiently in a multi-floor environment

　　Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and team members

　　Attention to detail for accurate documentation and screening processes

　　Work Environment:
