　　We are currently looking for a Market IT Solutions Specialist – T&P to join our Digital Transformation Office team.

　　Location: Karacabey, Bursa

　　Type of contract: Permanent

　　As a Market IT Solutions Specialist – T&P, you will have the following responsibilities;

　　Ensure IT Solutions Program Progress:

　　Support IT Solutions products lifecycle processes mainly on Deployment, Sustain, and Leverage

　　Maintain strong networks through IT Solutions functional networks with functional business experts in Markets, Global Managed Businesses

　　Ensure Deployment & Change Management:

　　Understand Nestle Functions/Businesses requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the IT Solutions to meet these business requirements

　　Support flawless implementation of agreed projects, on time and on budget by following agreed methodology

　　In case of processes affecting several areas of the business, is accountable to work with multi-functional teams and align within the Local IT Solutions Community to deliver changes successfully

　　Delivers technical requirements within process optimization projects

　　As instructed performs assessment on application changes prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequately documented and complete according to guidelines

　　Ensure Security Compliance:

　　Ensure implemented IT solutions meet internal and external standards in regards to security compliance

　　Support Market functions / business to comply with internal control requirements across all E2E processes

　　Ensure Sustain:

　　Establish, maintain and optimize an efficient Sustain organization across all levels within the IT Support Organization ensuring SLO and ticket volume reduction targets are met

　　Ensure relevant measure and targets are driving desired behavior

　　Ensure Leverage:

　　Help maintain and leverage technology capabilities with Functional Experts

　　Training to market Key Users / Super Users and IT team members & participates in Business Process improvement initiatives & projects

　　Enhances Market / User Capability by executing the identified methods / approaches and follow through status / track progress

　　Act as Business Integration/Relationship SPOC on;

　　Ensuring the consistency in the management of the relationships between IT Teams with the regional/global units and Market Functions/BusinessesWhich profile are we looking for?

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or equivalent department

　　At least 3 years experience in related job

　　Project & Product operational experiences

　　Functional / business process experience for Production, Quality Management, Maintenance

　　Configuration knowledge of SAP MES, MII and non-SAP Solutions

　　Have an experience implementation of legal obligations

　　Vendor and Partner Management experience

　　Strong Project Management Skills

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Solution-oriented

　　Advanced English
