Job Description TheProgram Manager, Technology (Lifecycle Services), owns establishing avalue delivery roadmap for capabilities that span multiple operations,and delivery of the roadmap in a SAFe framework. We ask that you havedeep engagement in understanding business strategy, collaborating withmultiple product owners, business and IT team members, customers andpartners. You will manage multifunction and multi-vendor efforts todevelop and support solutions. Global collaboration and program/supportcoordination will be needed. Reporting to the Director, IT BTM -Lifecycle Services, You will: Collaborate and shape Lean business casewith partners driving clarity, budget and OKRs including leading andlagging indicators, baseline metrics and future metrics. Develophigh-level technology program strategy, in response to business strategyand detailed execution plan. Will be responsible to execute on setstrategy and detailed plan in a SAFe delivery framework. Work with thebusiness partners to seek forward looking business roadmap and create atechnical delivery roadmap and backlog that is well positioned 3-4 PIsahead of execution.
