The Position

　　Support the Head of Human Pharma in the development and execution of 5 pilars of Market Access (Pricing, Access, Policy, Engagement, and HEOR) for the HP Business. Develop and maintain price strategy, open access to public sector, policy shaping, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencer of pharmaceutical policy and public sector related i.e. National Health Insurance, InHealth etc and partnership with expert (universities, KOL, etc) to develop policy arguments by having strong HEOR.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Assist the Head of Human Pharma in the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies

　　Maintaining relationships with key external Market Access stakeholders (e.g., payers, Government officials, industry associations, patient advocacy groups

　　Provide pricing, reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Maintain in-depth knowledge of pricing, reimbursement and pharmaceutical policy decisions by payers and competitors

　　Active participation in cross-functional teams and together with the Brand Teams be able to define opportunities for the business in the Market Access environment

　　Support aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes

　　Regular collaboration with relevant internal Market Access stakeholders – proactive instead of reactive

　　Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics and ensure all efforts are compliant

　　Job Expertise

　　In-depth knowledge of local pharmaceutical market policies, particularly with respect to pricing and access is required. Product knowledge across the HP Business. Sound understanding of pharmacoeconomics.

　　Bachelor degree and/or post-graduate qualification in pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics

　　Minimum 4 years relevant experience

　　Fluent in English

　　Well-developed interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills.

　　Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex topics.
