About MarCom Product Lead

  Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a MarCom Product Lead. This position can be based at any of our US Eaton facilities.

  The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

  What you’ll do:

  Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Lead will conceptualize, prototype, and drive the development of marketing content to support product launches and other stages of the product life cycle across various digital and traditional communication channels.

  The Marketing Lead will collaborate with product managers, commercial marketing managers, agency partners, fellow marketing team members, marcom team members and sales and channel partners to develop and communicate outcome-driven value propositions to Eaton's channel partners, sales personnel, specifying engineers, contractors, and end users.

  The Marketing Lead will lead product launches (from executive approval to internal and external launch), product line positioning and sales tool development for all new product initiatives within their product portfolio.

  Direct the creation of marketing communications for all aspects of their product portfolio in North America while also driving alignment with regional marketing teams in LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

  Develop audience-focused and market-based messaging and content with an emphasis on search engine optimization, social media, and an enhanced digital experience.

  Contribute to event planning and execution to ensure products have the correct messaging.

  Provide content and direction to the creative team to generate deliverables, including brochures, emails, bulletins, and website copy for both resellers and end users.

  Use a metrics-based approach to improve time to market, organization of marketing deliverables and our digital ecosystem.

  Collaborate with stakeholders to promote Eaton’s product and service portfolio for the Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) business in Eaton’s electrical sector.

  Collaborate with the Campaign Marketing Team to launch all C & P products through both internal and third-party media outlets.

  Qualifications:

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, product management, new product initiatives, power products.

  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

  No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of a US Eaton facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

  Skills:

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Marketing power solutions or data center solutions.

  Experience within the distributed-IT enterprise market.

  Strong understanding of the B2B IT industry and specifically Critical Power Solutions.

  Ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter.
