　　Automation leadership and direction: Create and lead the developmentof a comprehensive automation roadmap for the organization. Ensurealignment with the company\'s short and long-term objectives andgoals.Responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementingautomation-related projects and initiatives; including ensuring allautomation is consistently process engineered, documented, andsustained.Technology Integration: evaluate, select, and integrate advancedautomation technologies, robotics, cloud-based equipment and processperformance tools, and AI into the company\'s plant and distributioncenter operations, across a network of 20 locations.Process Optimization: identify processes that can be automated toenhance cost savings, productivity, and quality.
