JobDescription The Global Warehouse Manager (GWM) will lead/coordinateprojects and process improvements within the Plant material providingand handling processes including receiving, warehouse, shipping, andmrb. The expectation is that you will use proven leadership and changemanagement skills to drive improvements in business performance relatedto material movement within Rockwell\'s manufacturing facilities.Business process performance improvements will be primarily driventhrough relevant data acquisition, detailed transactional analysis, leantools, and automation. The GWM will also develop collaborative workingrelationships with operations leadership to monitor and evaluateperformance and to recommend, prioritize and initiate actions to attainbusiness goals and objectives. Major Responsibilities: Creating andimplementing a strategy for material providing and handling within ourmanufacturing facilities Based on strategy, create standardized andsustainable processes in our material providing and handling processes.Lead projects within the operations facilities to implement the standardprocesses. Provide SAP technical support to operations when setting upnew processes and revising old Review project proposals from operationsfor feasibility and work with IT to implement Consolidate and report thepertinent KPI\'s, as well as, suggesting and implementing plant-specificimprovement activities Providing relevant experience for all affectedactivities. Assist in the development of training for material providingand handling processes. Act as a trainer when required. Researchingsituations and obtain input from others to ensure fact-based solutionsand answers to technical and operational problems.
