Collaborate and participate in the configuration, installation and deployment endpoints including hardware and software as it relates to current refresh initiatives as well as resolution to issues arising with existing fleet of hardware including windows 10 remediation. Maintain accurate records of all assets within the supported ITSM toolset.

　　Responsibilities:* Assist with the daily building, configuration and installation of computer hardware and software.* Assist with day-to-day remote support of users via the assignment of incident tickets and tasks.* Assist with asset collection and management of computer hardware and software.* Assist and provide support for projects including but not limited to hardware refreshes and operating system upgrades.* Assist with the documentation of new and existing processes utilized by the IT team.* Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.Qualifications

　　The intern candidate should be a full-time student at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor or higher degree in IT or engineering related field.Must have a good working knowledge of Windows Operating System (preferably Windows 10), Microsoft Office Suite of applications, general Windows based software installations and troubleshooting, and PC hardware.Excellent oral and written communications skills. Good interpersonal and team skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Positive attitude and outstanding customer service orientation.Accuracy and attention to detail.Additional InformationThe rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $20.00/ hour.
