General objective of the position
Ensure that the manufacturing training system and NPA training record operate in accordance with the quality system, government and corporate requirements.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop operational certification methods within the production floor.Lead the development of the training center at the Campus level.
Present required evidence before client, corporate, government and regulatory audits.
Develop succession plans at all levels of the department up to the supervisory level. Design and lead the onboarding process for new staff.
Lead and participate in transfer projects and introduction of new products. Measure the effectiveness and monitoring of training programs, developing training metrics. Participate in motivational, social programs, cultural, recreational and sporting events and community support activities.
Participate and lead training initiatives and projects.Support all programs and initiatives related to the Code of Ethics, Jabil Values and sustainability programs.
Participate as a functional member in the organization's continuous improvement initiatives and at the same time lead lean projects.complete all training requirements in accordance with the Training Matrix and Quality Management System, trainings identified in the detections of training needs and attend all training sessions when participation is required.Other responsibilities can be assigned, as necessary, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department.
