　　Description:

　　This role requires someone to be familiar working with electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will be tasked with following work instructions and test procedures to build, assemble, test, and validate the complex detection units. Candidates will need familiarity with electrical schematics for wire harnessing and routing, electronic component soldering, using hand tools to drill mechanical fixtures together.

　　JOB DUTIES:

　　• Assemble mechanical parts, as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units.

　　• Mechanical assembly concepts to include pneumatic and optical micro assemblies

　　• Familiarity with performing leak checks and vacuum seals on equipment

　　• Wire electronic components as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units

　　• Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assembly, process assembly, inspection, modifications, upgrades, and rework.

　　• Completes production/quality related documentation

　　• Performs work in accordance with quality and engineering standards

　　• Responsible for inspecting and testing their own work before moving to next routing step

　　• Keep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environment

　　• Other duties as assigned

　　Process improvement, Manufacturing process, Assembly, schematic, electronic assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, electronics, bench tech, electro mechanical, soldering, data validation

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　• U.S. Citizenship

　　• 5 + years’ experience in manufacturing/production environment

　　• Overtime required when needed

　　• Electro-Mechanical experience with:

　　o Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)

　　o Electronic Circuit Board testing/troubleshooting

　　o Measuring tools (Multi-meters, Continuity testers, tape measure, calipers, etc.)

　　o Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, Small power tools)
