　　Manufacturing Production-Cell Culture Technology Job Duties:

　　**Working in manufacturing clinical team

　　**Solution prep: Chemical weighing, Solution/media/buffer preparation, sample taking and measurement.

　　**Cell culture/Cell expansion: bioreactor run monitoring, Bioreactor sample taking and measurement to confirm cell viability, glucose and lactate.

　　**Cell Purification: Perform harvest clarification system and .operate affinity chromatography, automation and cGMPs etc. for different phases of product life cycle.

　　**Use of SAP, Delta V, business IT.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in the Sciences and at least two years of experience with cell culture within a pharmaceutical **manufacturing company

　　**Biotech, Good manufacturing practice (GMP), Good lab practice (GLP), Good documentation practice (GDP) Certifications are a plus.

　　**Experience with documentation, sample handling, automation and cGMPs etc. for all phases of product life cycle.

　　**Experience with SAP, Delta V, business IT.
