As Operations Manager, you will enable operational excellence in-store to drive the delivery of strategic store objectives.

　　In this role you will work in collaboration with the Store/ Retail/ Business Manager to secure all operational requirements of the store are managed and measured sufficiently i.e., in relation to stock control, health & safety, security and/or administration.

　　Creativity is our day to day, and you will use your passion for retail excellence to continually align, re-assess and implement operational solutions that generate in-store effectiveness and efficiencies. As part of the in-store management team you will also flexibly support shop floor management requirements during peak periods.

　　About you

　　You will have:

　　· Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment

　　· Previous retail operations experience i.e. relating to managing store stock control, health & safety, security and/or administration requirements.

　　· Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed

　　· Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview.

　　· Proficient in Microsoft office

　　· Proof of right to live and work in the country
