About Manufacturing Production Manager

　　We are seeking a HANDS-ON Electroforming Production Manager to join ourteam!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversees the electroforming and plating department as well as managing thechemistry lab.Understand, maintain, and improve the performance of the plating processes.Provide support to production and troubleshoot technical issues.Develop new processes and equipment as necessary.Diagnosing issues using failure analysis techniques and recommend solutions.Train manufacturing personnel.Qualifications:

　　Preferred hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining electroplatingprocesses, equipment, and metrology methods for the control and monitoringof such processes.NADCAP preferred.Ability to troubleshoot.Ability to work well in teams.
