Job Title: CNC Set-up Machinist/Programmer

　　Location: Piscataway, NJ

　　Pay: $30-$50

　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking an experienced CNC Set-up/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in G and M code, fixturing, off-sets, and conversational editing of programs. Looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Modify and optimize CNC programs for a variety of machines (Doosan, Haas, and Mazak)

　　Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure program accuracy and efficiency

　　Run simulations and tests to validate programs and make necessary changes

　　Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to CNC programming

　　Ability to set-up CNC equipment based off blueprint specifications

　　First piece, in process, and final inspection of machined parts

　　Stay up-to-date with the latest CNC programming techniques and technology

　　Requirements:

　　A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Mill or Lathe Set-up and Operation

　　Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and techniques

　　Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
