We invite you to join the Creareteam and apply your production management, manufacturing engineering,and quality assurance knowledge in our exciting R&D prototypeenvironment. Specific duties include: 1) understanding all aspects ofCreare fabrication workflow and management approaches; 2) helpingconfigure, refine, and maintain our electronic production managementsystem; 3) identifying opportunities and implementing changes tostreamline processes; 4) providing input to corporate managementregarding need for additional resources; 5) managing fabrication effortsfor specific projects; 6) recommending most appropriate fabricationmethods for specified requirements and production quantities; 7)assessing make versus buy decisions; 8) estimating cost and schedule forfabrication activities; and 9) optimizing fabrication schedules whileconsidering technical risk and overall timeline.
