Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as an Manufacturing Operator in our White Bear Township, MN facility. You will follow procedures for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the production department and company's quality system procedures. What's in it for you? The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $17.50 - $18.25. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. 11 paid holidays each year 2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly), and prorated based on hire date Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Up to 5% 401K match starting day one of employment Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals More details about the opportunity: Follows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations, policies and procedures Performs routine operator maintenance and operational checks on all tools and equipment utilized Reviews shop operations packets, Bills-of-Materials, and engineering drawings to ensure that incoming materials to be assembled are correct to specified quantity/quality/part number Maintains an accurate record of all work performed in the appropriate company format Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 1st shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday 2nd shift: 3:25pm - 1:55am, Monday through Thursday required OT on Fridays Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
