　　The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op position will work with the integrated product team in our Melbourne, FL facility. This position is for an students who are majoring in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace and Electrical Engineering who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June to December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Designs and plans layout for assembly and materials handling.

　　Will gain knowledge and adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.

　　Participates and may help plan sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.

　　Assist in development of manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and may develop those techniques.

　　Will assist in providing guidance for engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
