Come soar with us!Collins Aerospace is seeking a student engineer for the summer time frame to support our Mechanical Power Conversion business located in Rockford, Il. As a site with a cohesive and defined Industry 4.0 roadmap, the contributions you make will move the industry forward. With industrial and collaborative robots, vision inspection and real time live streaming data capabilities, and additive machines at your disposal, this role will keep you creativity and intrigue at the highest levels. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June to December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.may be eligible for relocation.Primary Responsibilities:In this role you will learn processes, tooling, and critical controls involved in aerospace manufacturing. From tooling design, additive manufacturing, manufacturing enterprise systems (MES), quality controls, and manufacturing acumen will be added to your toolbox as part of a diverse team.Basic Qualifications:
